This is truly a family run company, with second generation family members working their way up the business, something increasingly rare in today’s environment. Because of this family approach we can be flexible and provide both a professional and a friendly service. One thing we always guarantee is that once we start your job we won’t leave until that stage of the work or the whole job is complete. Also we will always try to make sure the same engineers who you have come to know come back to you when you need our services again.

		Ronald Redman : Ron has run the business for 42 years and you will find him now out and about meeting the customers, seeing the men and making sure the jobs running smoothly.

		Kenny Redman : Ken has been with the business for over 30 years and in that time he has seen and done it all. Few plumbers out there would have worked on as many plumbing and heating system as Ken. If you have a problem and if no one else can help...

		James Redman : James is Ron’s nephew and has been with the firm for 10 years. A chip of the old block James is professional, efficient and great with customers.

		Mike Slingo : Mike is another of our Corgi registered engineers. Installing everything from boilers to bathrooms, he will make sure you have plenty of hot water for your nice new shower.

		Rupert Lee : Rupert joined us in October to work with James. You will often see them out on the Job together installing a new bathroom or heating system and making sure you get the best service.

		Damon Chase : Our new Apprentice Damon is doing his time with Kenny. Always learning you will see him rushing around behind Ken as he gets on with the job in hand.
